Now Hiring: Summer Program Leads (seasonal part-time)

Our Program Leads are responsible for executing and leading Colorado-based Extended Day Travel Programs while supporting a group of neurodiverse travelers in a 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1, or overall group ratio by ensuring safety management and inclusive mindset are met by the entire team in addition to day-of lead tasks and communication. Program Leads are expected work (minimum) 10 - (maximum) 30 hours per week. Summer programming begins May 10th and ends August 31st every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. *Opportunity for year-round work is available.

Now Hiring: Program & Support Manager (year-round full time)

The Program & Support Manager is responsible for managing the operations of year-round programs including staff, intern, and volunteer training, personal care/safety procedure development, and onboarding/identifying Traveler supports and needs. The Program & Support Manager will take the lead role in the efforts to research, develop, and update personal care/safety procedure tools while equipping the team with the necessary tools and resources to meet safety standards while traveling. In addition, this position builds heavily on the connection made with Travelers and their families in addition to partners, agencies, and universities.
